The Consultation: We hope you will find this additional information helpful prior to your visit to our office. It is our intention to provide a comfortable and convenient atmosphere for patients contemplating cosmetic facial and reconstructive surgery. We are committed to the pursuit of excellence and safety in caring for our patients and hope your visit will be pleasurable and informative. You will have a one on one discussion with Dr. Williams about what you would like changed, and how that can be accomplished.
Albany plastic surgeon, Dr. Williams enjoys the opportunity to get to know each patient as an individual. In order to insure maximum benefit from the time allowed it is very important to be prompt for this visit. Some patients find it is beneficial to write down questions or concerns to be addressed during the consultation. We encourage this. You will also meet with the patient care coordinator to discuss the procedures you are contemplating and the fees.
Computerized Imaging: Dr. Williams uses a computerized imager as a teaching tool during a portion of your consultation. It will give you a realistic idea of the changes that can be accomplished with facial plastic surgery. At the time of your visit photos will be taken and you will be put on the imager. Dr. Williams will explain to you in detail what modalities he plans to use.
Our Practice: You will receive detailed, and understandable answers to your questions. We welcome your (and your family's) inquiries. Our staff and surgeons are happy to discuss any aspect of your care, and various options. At your request we can also provide you with extensive written literature.
You will be Treated Courteously by All Staff and Surgeons.
The manner in which you are treated is just as important to us as the surgery itself. We will extend to you the same social considerations we give to our valued friends. We are committed to the highest standard of care for each and every patient that enters our practice.
Your Confidentially Will be Protected: Your office visits with us and your medical records will remain confidential unless, in writing, you instruct otherwise. We are Hippa compliant.
One of Our Plastic Surgeons are Always Available to You, 24 Hours a Day 7 Days a Week: Please feel free to contact our office during the business hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm. If there is an emergency after hours the answering service will take your call and get in touch with the plastic surgeon on call.
