This patient had a Rhinoplasty by another surgeon and was left with a crooked and ill-defined nose. After having a Revision Rhinoplasty by Dr. Williams, his nose is more defined and symmetric.
The nose has a low starting point, lasks definition and appears over-projected in the lower 2/3 of the nose. The nose now has a higher starting point which gives a more natural and balanced appearance.
The patient’s nose has a weak profile in the upper portion which makes the tip look overprojected. By restoring the strength to the profile by dorsal augmentation has now has a more masculine nose that is in proportion to his face.
