Answer: Yes, it is very safe. The V-Beam Pulse Dye Laser that we use to treat spider veins is non-ablative which means that there is no damage done to the external portion of the skin so it is very safe.

Question: Is Juvederm made from any bacteria or protein? If so, is it common to have an allergic reaction to it?

Answer: Juvederm is made from hyaluronic acid and there are no allergic reactions to Juvederm.

Question: Can fillers be used on chicken pox scars? Which fillers would be most effective?

Answer: Yes, they can be used on chicken pox scars. The fillers that would be most effective are Restylane and Juvederm. They will not have permanent results but will improve the appearance of the scars.
