Imagine being trapped, unable to feel any sense of personal safety. 

Nearly 3 million women a year do not need to imagine the above scenario. They are part of a health epidemic that crosses economic, ethnic, religious and social lines. And each year domestic violence kills more women than cancer does, according to the U.S. Office of the Surgeon General.

To bring greater awareness to Domestic Violence and to raise funds to benefit the survivors', The Williams Center will host the Second Annual Come on Girlfriends! Share Your Secrets! - a lively, educational, interactive Evening of Fun and Beauty! Their goal is to double the $10,000 raised last year and have even more fun doing it!

All profits from the event, which includes a silent auction, will be donated locally to Equinox's Domestic Violence Shelter (http://www.equinoxinc.org/) and, nationally, to the Face to Face Foundation, the humanitarian arm of the Educational and Research Foundation for the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.(www.facetofacesurgery.org)
