A large nose often protrudes excessively from the face resulting in disharmony.  When the nasal tip stands too far from the face, it is described as over projection.  The most common complaint by patients is that they are dissatisfied with their profile. Furthermore, many patients who have an over projected nasal tip have a prominent nasal hump that also contributes to the deformity.  This is corrected by under going Rhinoplasty. Dr. Williams moves the nasal tip back toward the face with a light amount of rotation and then aligning the profile with the nasal tip resulting in a straight and natural profile.
