Dr. Williams is a member of a program which is a partnership between the Academy of Facial Plastic Surgeons and the National Coalition against Domestic Violence. As a participating member in the program face to face, Dr. Williams has offered complimentary consultations and cosmetic/ Reconstructive surgery to victims of abuse since 1994.
