Juvederm - Glabella

Juvederm is a smooth gel that is very effective in filling deep lines between the eyebrows (glabella area). In the Williams Rejuva Center this treatment is done, by our Cosmetic Nurse Specialists, as a 2 step process. During the first session we will administer BOTOX® Cosmetic to the Gabella in order to relax the muscles which over time have caused the line(s). Two weeks later the patient will return for their second session, when the Nurse will administer Juvederm to the glabella area. We have found that this process not only allows patients to achieve a better result, but that result tends to last longer when BOTOX® Cosemtic is used continously to keep the area relaxed, helping prevent future lines from forming or deepening.

Juvederm is made of Hyaluronic Acid which is found naturally within your body. The FDA has approved Juvederm to last up to one year. Depending on the area treated, some patients are even seeing up to 18 months of cosmetic results from their Juvederm.
