   Dr. Williams has found that the most natural results are achieved with a Lipo Fat Transfer using your body's own fat. While soft tissue filler such as Radiesse, Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm are excellent alternative, it does not last as long, nor does it achieve the same results as a Lipo Fat Transfer.
