Upper & Lower Lid Blepharoplasty with Fat Transfer Before & After | Patient 26099
Aging of the eyelids really adds to our appearance of looking tired. Take that aging away and WOW! More men are having cosmetic procedures today that ever before. Dr. Williams performed an Upper and Lower Lid Blepharoplasty along with Fat Transfer to the lower lids at his Latham, New York clinic.
With attention to this patient’s left upper eyelid, please notice how in the before picture the upper lid basically rests on the pupil. This is caused from a laxity in the muscle in the upper eyelid that works to hold the eyelid open. An upper lid Blepharoplasty removes excess skin. In order to improve the laxity in the muscle a different procedure to tighten the muscle would have had to be performed, of which the patient decided not to have done.
