During a consultation with one of the boardcertified plastic surgeons at the Williams Center, prospective patients can learn about the multitude of surgical enhancements that are available, from rhinoplasty to reconstruction surgeries and more! A great decision for change awaits you in the many different facial options, including facelift, weekend facelift, extended weekend facelift, weekend neck lift, weekend neck and mid-facelift (deep plane facelift), acne scarring treatments, rhinoplasty (including revision rhinoplasty), blepharoplasty, brow lift and mid-facelift, buccal fat removal, fat transfers, facial liposuction, chin augmentation, cheek augmentation, ear surgery (otoplasty), scar repair, rhinophyma treatment, treatment for vascular birthmarks, and reconstructive surgery for victims of domestic violence.
Rhinoplasty is a corrective nasal surgery performed on patients for a number of reasons. A nose surgery can create a more efficient way to breathe, restore damage caused by trauma, and improve the size and shape of the feature. Because the nose is located in the center of the face, even minute alterations can significantly improve both the front and side profiles. Rhinoplasty surgery is one of the most commonly performed plastic surgery procedures because it is a unique surgery in that it can positively alter the form and function of the nose. Rhinoplasty/nasal reconstruction surgery can correct the following: crooked nose, crooked nasal base and tip, saddle nose, drooping nose, large nose, nasal hump, and a pinched nasal tip. Surgery can also refine the nasal tip and accomplish revision rhinoplasty.
The breasts play an important role to the female physique, as they are the most obviously feminine body part. Because so much emphasis is placed on a woman’s chest, it can become a source of self-consciousness if a woman is not satisfied with the size and shape of her bust. Breast sculpting surgeries include breast augmentation through implants, breast lift surgery, and breast reduction surgery. Surgeons are also able to perform breast reconstruction surgeries when breast tissue has been compromised due to illness or breast revision to alter the results of previously performed surgeries. More options include breast lift and augmentation and nipple/areola reduction.
Though diet and exercise promote a healthy lifestyle, these two measures alone are not always sufficient for sculpting the body. Body contouring procedures are a great way to modify areas of the body where excess skin and fat detract from the body’s shape. Patients can benefit from an abdominoplasty (commonly referred to as a tummy tuck), thigh lift, buttocks lift, or a number of other surgeries. Body contouring procedures can create dramatic results, and do not always require a surgery to do so. CoolSculpting® is a nonsurgical fat freezing treatment for stubborn areas of fat that can also be performed. Here are more surgical body procedures that we can perform: abdominal etching, abdominal wall repair, bariatric body lift, post-bariatric/gastric bypass surgery, body lift, brachioplasty (arm lift), floating abdominoplasty, liposuction, and weekend liposuction.
There are a number of non-surgical cosmetic procedures a patient can elect to receive if they exhibit early signs of aging, prefer less invasive enhancements, or do not yet require a surgery to correct their issue. Non-surgical cosmetic procedures include a wide array of options to treat the face and body. Injectable fillers such as Juvederm® and Restylane® plump the skin for an ideal contour of the area. Laser treatments can perform many functions, like increasing the growth of hair and resurfacing the skin. The Williams Center offers more than a dozen non-surgical treatments that can greatly improve the aesthetics of the face and body, like CoolSculpting® for the neck and body and Kybella®. A liquid facelift could include BOTOX®, Vollure®, Juvederm®, Voluma®, Sculptra®, Radiesse®, Restylane®, Refyne®, and Volbella®. We also offer our skincare products and skin rejuvenation, like the six-month skin rejuvenation program, wrinkle treatments, chemical peels, micro-needling. There are also lasers and lights, such as the pulse dye laser and elos Plus facial rejuvenation. Hair restoration options and Latisse® are also available at the Williams Center.
Though many people use skin care during their morning and evening routines, those who have experienced the most significant improvements with their skin have included medicated skin care products in their regimen. A product that has created buzz is the eyelash serum Latisse®, which creates a longer, fuller supply of lashes. By redefining the eye area with an eye cream, patients will experience a smoother, lighter under-eye area. There is a wide array of medicated skin care products available through the Williams Center, each with potent and unique ingredients to treat every area of the face. Some that we offer are Alpha Hydroxy, DefenAge™, Elta MD® UV Lotion For Body, SkinCeuticals® Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50, SkinCeuticals® Phloretin CF, SkinCeuticals® Hydrating B5 Gel, SkinCeuticals® Adult Anti-Acne System, Revision Nectifirm®, Revision Intellishade® — SPF 45, SENTÉ® Dermal Repair Cream, SkinMedica® TNS Essential Serum, SkinMedica® TNS Recovery Complex, SkinMedica® Lytera Skin Brightening Complex, SkinMedica® TNS Eye Repair, SkinMedica® HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator, SkinMedica® Dermal Repair Cream, SkinMedica® AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser, SkinMedica® Total Defense & Repair SPF 34 / Total Defense & Repair SPF 50 Water Resistant, Triple Action Cream, Tretinoin (Retin-A), Stem Cell Eye Therapy, SkinCeuticals® C E Ferulic, EltaMD® UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46, Glytone Ultra Heel and Elbow Cream, Glytone Body Retexturize KP Kit, and Avène TriXéra Emollient Cream.
VECTRA® 3D Imaging allows prospective patients of a cosmetic procedure to visualize how they would look with their chosen enhancements. With Sculptor™ software, the results are displayed from multiple angles to better represent results. Because saline breast implants differ from silicone implants, each option is displayed. Facial plastic surgeries such as a rhytidectomy (facelift) or rhinoplasty (nose surgery) can dramatically alter the look of the entire face. The imaging technology made possible by Williams Center allows patients to work with their surgeons to help design their ideal changes within their own appearance.
