Question:

My breasts are incredibly large and have started drooping really low. This began after my first child and got slowly worse by the time I reached my fourth child. Would you recommend that I get a breast lift to rectify this issue?

Answer:

If your breasts are drooping but you still have a significant amount of breast tissue to work with, then it is possible to take that tissue, sculpt it and shape it and create a very pleasing breast shape. The breast tissue that you have can be sculpted and maintained in a certain position by creating an internal bra or hammock using your own tissues for support. This is the technique of breast lift that we use that provides excellent shape and projection to the breasts and if you are now done with childbearing, then now is the time to consider this procedure.
