Deep plane facelift surgery is a facial surgery where the SMAS, a layer of connective tissue underneath the facial skin, is lifted to tighten the cheekbones, jawline, and neck.
A deep plane facelift results in a natural lift to the cheeks and midface, reduced smile lines, tightened jowls, and a contoured neck.
Out of the different types of facelifts, the deep plane facelift is the most effective – yielding results that make patients look decades younger.
A true deep plane facelift is very technically challenging, which is why many surgeons do not perform the procedure. Dr. Williams has created a specific approach to the deep plane facelift, which he has perfected over the years and has shared with other surgeons in the United States and internationally.
Nose surgery (rhinoplasty) can be both an aesthetic and functional surgery.
Aesthetic rhinoplasty focuses on refining the appearance of the nose. Examples of these rhinoplasty procedures include reducing the size of the nose or removing a hump or droopy tip.
Rhinoplasty can be performed by an open or closed approach. Dr Williams performs the closed approach which has better predictable outcomes and less healing time.
Functional rhinoplasty can be performed as a septoplasty, restructuring the septum to even the flow of air to each nostril which improves breathing.
Revision rhinoplasty corrects previous nose surgeries. These surgeries are often more challenging and requires a more experienced surgeon. Oftentimes cartilage or rib grafting accompanies these types of procedures.

A deep neck lift is a surgical procedure designed to sculpt the area beneath the chin by removing excess fat, tightening the platysma muscle, and restoring youthful definition along the jawline and neck.
