This patient wanted to do something but wasn't sure what she needed. Her most impressive view is her front view and if you carefully at her before picture, you can see the extra skin in her upper eyes. She has some asymmetry of her brow, but so do 80- 90% of individuals who seek facial rejuvenation. She had bags on her lower eyes and sagging midfacial tissue around her mouth that made her look sad. She’s otherwise a very happy person but was tired of looking in the mirror and feeling like she looked upset. She also had a significant volumetric loss in the area around her mouth, the deep folds, and the mid-face region. Dr. Williams performed a Transconjunctival Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with a Sliver Upper Blepharoplasty which restored her eyes to a more youthful appearance. We did not change the shape of her eyes at all because that doesn't look natural. She also had an Extended Deep Plane Facelift which elevated the cheeks, cleaned up the jawline to give her a much more youthful appearance. She says she now looks like she feels inside.
