Breast Lift with AugmentationBefore & After Pictures

This is a 30 year old female patient who met with Dr. Alain Polynice at the Williams Plastic Surgery Specialists located in Latham, New York to discuss Breast Augmentation.  This patient had 36-AA cup breasts with asymmetry and very tight bases.  Her breasts were almost tubular. These reuslts are at 1 year after placement of smooth round moderate profile silicone implants under the muscle.  The incision was in the fold and the patient is now a full B-cup with a very natural result.  

This is a 52 year old female from Voorheesville, NY close to our Albany, NY location. This patient has very asymmetrical breasts with deflation and ptosis. The right was drooping more than the left. This patient underwent bilateral breast lift with augmentation with a lollipop incision of the right and peri-areolar approach to the left. Different size implants were also used to get the closest symmetry possible. Tags: breast augmentation

Implants: 350 cc This is a 48 year-old female who presented with complaints of sagging breasts and being too small. She was a great candidate for breast augmentation with breast-lift. The post-operative photos show the results at three-months after the patient had a breast-lift with the incision around the areola know as a peri-areola Mastopexy as well as silicone implants placed under the muscle. These were 350 cc silicone implants. Notice the improved shape and size but still maintaining a very natural look.

Pre-op Size: 32-A/B Post-op Size: 32-C Right Side Implant: 304 cc Left Side Implant: 304 cc Smooth Round Moderate Profile Silicone Implants Post-op: 4 Months Patient also had a breast lift with an incision around the areola. This was necessary because she had a moderate amount of breast drooping and the nipples needed to be repositioned slightly higher.

Right Side Implant: 213cc Left Side Implant: 265cc Post-op: 6 Months Patient had a breast lift with augmentation with silicone implants placed under the muscle. 56 year old female 3 years following gastric bypass.

Right Pre-op Size: D-cup Left Pre-op Size: B-cup Left side implant: 457 cc Right Side Implant: 234 cc These photos show a 27 year old female who came in for evaluation for breast asymmetry. The patient had a D cup breast on the right side with grade 3 ptosis or drooping and on the left side she had a B cup breast with a tubular breast deformity. Notice how the left breast has a tube or cone shape and is very tight and constricted at the base. This is a very classis deformity referred to as tubular breast deformity. The patient underwent the following procedures: on the left side we did a periareolar breast lift or mastopexy as well as an augmentation placing the implant under the muscle and on the right side the patient had again a mastopexy augmentation to achieve the best symmetry possible. Of course the two implants were very different. On the right side the patient had a smooth, round, moderate profile silicone implant 234 cc and on the left side she had a 457 cc implant. The lift on the right was performed with a lollipop shape incision and on the left side it was performed with a periareolar shape incision. Notice how the larger implant on the left side has now opened up the constricted base and corrected the tubular deformity of the left breast.

Pre-op size: 32-A/B Post-op size: 32-C Right side implant: 371 cc smooth, round moderate profile silicone implants. Left side implant: 339 cc smooth, round moderate profile silicone implants. Post-op: 2 Months. Patient had drooping (Ptosis) of her breasts as well as loss of volume following 2 pregnancies. She had a breast augmentation with a periareolar lift to give her the fullness and projection she was looking for.

Implants: 380 cc. This is a 40-year-old female. She is 5'6" tall, weighs 160 pounds. The patient came in consultation concerned about breasts that were very heavy and ptotic. The patient had drooping of her breasts because she had saline implants placed in 2002. These were 380 cc saline implants placed in a pocket under the breast. As a result, she developed very heavy and sagging breasts with significant palpability and rippling in the lower pole of the breast. Results are at two months after the patient had revision breast surgery with removal of old saline implants, replacement with new smaller 304 cc silicone implants. The new implants were placed in a subpectoral pocket, meaning under the muscle, and a Strattice sling was also used to provide additional coverage and support of the implant. The Strattice is an acellular dermal matrix that is used to help with reconstruction of complicated revision breast cases.

Pre-Op Size: 32-B Post-Op Size: 32-Full C Right Side Implant: 350cc Left Side Implant: 350cc Smooth Round High Profile implant (Silicone) Post-op: 4 Months post op This patient was concerned with her breasts being too small and droopy after 2 pregnancies. Results show the patient after a breast augmentation with a breast lift (mastopexy). The procedure was done through a lollipop shaped incision.

Post-Op size: 34C This patient had 2 pregnancies and breast fed for a year. As a result she has very deflated breasts with some drooping. The post operative results are 6 months after she underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with a peri-areolar breast lift. These are 440cc High Profile Silicone implants. Notice the significant improvement post operative.

Pre-op Size: small 32 "B" cup Post-op Size: 32 full "C" Left side implant: 378 cc Right Side Implant: 378 cc Textured Round Moderate Profile Implants Post-op: 3 months This is a 51 year old female with very deflated and droopy breasts. She is very physically active and has very little body fat. She underwent a breast lift / augmentation with silicone implants under the muscle.
