Facial Fat TransferBefore & After Pictures

This patient came into our facility for an opinion on her aging concerns. After meeting with our face specialist, Dr. Edwin Williams, she decided it was time to do this for herself. Dr. Williams performed a deep plane facelift, and endoscopic brow lift, along with an upper and lower blepharoplasty. As you can tell, she has very nice improvements, only three months post-op!

This patient is 4 weeks out from her extended deep plane facelift. She had a deep neck lift, submental liposuction, bilateral upper and lower sliver blepharoplasty, as well as fat grafting. She told us she spent over 2 years doing research on facial plastic surgeons, and we are so grateful she trusted us.

This patient underwent a deep plane facelift, fat grafting to her lower lids and mid-face, customized TCA peel, and an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. With the combination of procedures, you can see the significant improvement of her volume loss and laxity in her mid-face and jawline. Looking back, she is very pleased with her outcome at 3 months post-op. This patient found herself motivated to have a deep plane facelift. This patient decided to pursue an extended deep plane face and neck lift in conjunction with blepharoplasty and CO2 laser resurfacing. She said for the past several years, she not only looked aged, but she also didn't want to look into the mirror any longer. She was having a problem deciding to have something done because she felt guilty of taking care of herself or treating herself but finally decided to and received the support of her husband. Her sister-in-law had a deep plane facelift with Dr. Williams and this patient decided it was finally her time. She was very bothered by her neck as well as the wrinkling, jowling, and sagging around her mouth. She felt like she looked sad all the time. Here she is 2 months out from facelift surgery and laser resurfacing. There is considerable improvement in the wrinkling in her face and she feels she looks 20 years younger. She is thrilled because she looks so natural and she is now taking really good care of her skin.

Volume loss is very common in the face as we age. This patient had full face fat transfers along with a facelift (weekend/necklift) and carbondioxide laser treatments.

This patient had upper and lower eyelid surgery and fat transfers to her midface. Notice the lower lid smoothness and defined cheek structure. "I feel wonderful after that surgery and I feel much much younger!"

Dark circles under the eyes, flattening of the cheeks, and wrinkles around the mouth are all results of the aging process. Volume loss or fat loss can be restored with fat injections (fat transfers). Combination of different procedures are often performed to achieve the look the patient wants. Fat transfers (lipo transfers) under her eyes, midface (cheeks) and around her mouth helped to replenish volume that is lost through the natural aging process. Threadlifting of the midface and neck helped to lift the skin. Dr. Williams no longer offers the threadlift procedure as on option to current patients. He feels that there are other options which yield longer lasting results with more minimal downtime. As we age, not only does our skin loosen but we also lose volume or fat in our faces. This patient had a cosmetic fat transfer performed by Dr. Williams. A small incision is made on the inside of the belly button and a small amount of fat is obtained via liposuction. It is then used to treat areas of the face to create that full, youthful look. Lines in her forehead, nasal folds and upper lip are diminished and fullness is restored to her entire face, especially her cheeks. Dr. Williams performed cosmetic upper & lower blepharoplasty, a facelift, a cosmetic facial peel, and full face fat injections.
