Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)Before & After Pictures

Very active and fit patient wanted her abdomen to look better and to remove an old scar from previous surgery. She was very happy with her new, flat abdomen and to no longer have to look at her ugly scar!

This lovely 32 year old patient came to us looking to improve her abdomen, love handles, and back. She had liposuction many years ago elsewhere and was not happy with her results. We were able to give her the results she was looking for with a tummy tuck and lipo 360! 

39-year-old sweet patient who due to previous surgery and pregnancy was left with unsightly scarring and excess lower abdominal skin. She had been self-conscious for many years and was unable to wear normal clothing or even show anyone her stomach. Nobody knew what things looked like under her bulky, loose clothing. Now, after her tummy tuck with lipo 360, she is able to confidently wear form-fitting clothing and show her stomach!

25 year old patient who through hard work, diet, and exercise managed to lose over 100lbs. As a result of her weight loss, as well as having two children, she was left with abdominal muscle separation (rectus diastasis) and excess skin. We were able to help her obtain the thin, tight, and strong tummy that she always wanted with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) that also included repairing her abdominal muscles.

This is a 40 year old female who was concerned about loose skin along her abdomen. She did not have a lot of excess fat so she was a great candidate for a tummy tuck to tighten up her abdomen. Even though she didn't have a lot of fat we still used liposuction as a means to sculpt her abs and create more definition. Her results at 6 months show a beautiful and natural shape of her abdomen.

59-year-old from Lenox, MA came to us looking for help with her breasts and abdomen. She had surgery elsewhere many years ago and over time her breast implants ruptured and she also developed capsular contracture. We helped her with revisional breast surgery in which we removed the old implants and capsules, and replaced them with gummy bear implants (silicone implants). We also removed the excess skin on her abdomen with an abdominoplasty. 

This is a 52 year old female who was concerned with appearance of her abdomen. She had 2 pregnancies delivered by C-sections and she has a vertical scar from abdominal surgery. She was very thin to begin with but could not get rid of the excess skin or the contour deformity caused by the scar. She had a tummy tuck with liposuction of the back, flanks and abdomen. The results at 3 months show a very nice shape and contour of the tummy with sculpted abs and a thinner waist.

This patient told us her stomach area would not budge regardless of how much dieting and exercise she did. She did her research and saw that the patients who came to The Williams Center were all so thrilled with their results and experience they had with us. This patient told us she is so happy with her body that she is planning on wearing a bikini to the beach this year (she says she hasn't done that since she was 15!)
