This is a very sweet 22-year-old patient who came to us looking to improve neck, back, and shoulder discomfort resulting from her heavy and droopy breasts. We were able to help her with a bilateral breast reduction. She was thrilled to be pain-free, no longer have to wear a bra if she doesn't want to, and loves her results!

This patient is now 2 months status post bilateral mastopexy with a small reduction of the right for symmetry. She is doing very well, she has an excellent result with breasts are soft and symmetrical. Her scars are still maturing so they are still red and will benefit from massages and silicone gel. Overall she is very pleased and we will see her again at her 1 year anniversary!

This young, active 19 year old came to us because as a result of large breasts she was unable to do her favorite thing in the world - running. Also, she had been insecure in clothing for years as she felt her body was completely out of proportion. This is a wonderful, timid 18 year old who came to us because of trouble with school and exercising as a result of upper back pain related to her large bulky breasts. She was extremely happy to go back to school and exercise without pain after her breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty) surgery.

This is a 53 year old female from Saratoga Springs, NY, who came to us with symptoms related to her breasts. The patient had very large breasts that were causing back pain, bra strap furrowing at the shoulders and chronic rashes under the breasts. These large breasts also interfered with her daily activities. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction to not only reduce the size of her breasts but more importantly to lift, shape and sculpt her breasts. Since the procedure, she has been completely alleviated from her symptoms. We can see the results at six months following the bilateral breast reduction with a lollipop shaped scar. The scars are already fading nicely and the patient is very pleased with her results.

This is a 45 year old female from the upstate area of Delmar, NY who came in for evaluation for her breasts, trunk and thighs. The patient's main concern was breast ptosis or drooping. She wanted her breasts lifted and shaped The patient had a breast lift or mastoplexy where all of her breast tissue was used to lift, shape, and sculpt her breasts creating a beautiful shape and contour of the breasts but of course, using her own tissue which gave her a natural result. The results are at six months after the procedure.

This a 49-year-old female who presented with symptoms related to large breasts, namely she had back pain, shoulder pain and deep grooves where her bra straps dug into her shoulders. She also had chronic rashes under the breast for many years. These symptoms persisted despite conservative management and therapy the patient underwent a bilateral breast reduction in order to alleviate her symptoms, in this case we removed 500 g of breast tissue per side and the remaining breast tissue was lifted, shaped and sculpted in order to create a breast mound that was smaller but fit her body nicely. The results shown are at three months post-op. The patient is very pleased with her results and her symptoms have resolved completely.
