Pre-Op Size: 36 C Post-Op Size: 36 D Right Side Implant: 354 cc Left Side Implant: 378 cc Textured Round Implants Post Op: 5 months This is a 43 year old female from Schenectady, NY who was interested in breast enhancement. She wanted to be a full D-cup. Results show full breasts that still have a very natural shape. This patient received a pain pump which is a non-narcotic pain relief system for increased comfort post-operative.

Pre-Op Size: 32 A Post-Op Size: 32 C Left Side Implant: 401 cc Right Side Implant: 401 cc Post-Op: 18 Months This patient is a 31 year old female who traveled from Lake Placid, NY to see Dr. Polynice at our Albany, NY office for plastic surgery on her breasts. She wanted more volume in her breasts after she had 2 pregnancies and breast feeding both children. This patient’s post-operative photos are at 18 months after her breast augmentation with 401 cc textured, round, silicone implants placed under her muscle. This procedure took one hour to perform and was done under local anesthesia.

Pre-op Size: C/small Post-op Size: D-cup Left side implant: 339cc Right Side Implant: 371cc Post-op: 3 months. This patient had a 34-A cup bra. She was interested in a breast augmentation and wanted to be a full C/small D cup. Results at 3 months after she underwent breast augmentation with silicone implants placed under the muscle, right side 371cc smooth round moderate profile; left side 339cc smooth round moderate profile. Her right breast was slightly smaller than the left which is why different size implants were used for symmetry.

These before-and-after are of a 25-year-old female who is interested in breast augmentation. The patient is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 154 pounds, she came to us with concerns because she was very flat chested and wanted more volume projection and fullness. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with smooth round moderate profile silicone implants placed under the muscle through a small incision under the breast. The results at 3 months show very nice fullness nice projection and cleavage but with progressive fit her frame nicely. She had 375 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants based on each side.
