This patient at the age of 30 decide to have blepharoplasty. She had Graves' disease which made her eyes look much older and when she was treated she was still left with the bags on her lower eyes and upper eyes. Using the transconjunctival conjunctival approach to the lower lid we addressed the bags in the upper eyelid skin. She really wanted to share her story and photos so that it might help someone else who was struggling to make a decision for having blepharoplasty.
