Upper and Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Fat Transfers accomplished these results.  A tiny incision was made along the crease of the upper eyelid to remove some excess skin which allowed more of a show of the upper lids. The lower eyelids can be improved upon threw a number of different techniques.
