A deep plane facelift can be performed more than once. This particular patient underwent a deep plane facelift many years ago and recently decided to come back for another one. She was bothered by the excess skin below her neck and wanted to feel rejuvenated again. In the photos highlighted, she is two months post-op and feeling great! In conjunction with her facelift, she also had a lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting.
