Case # RR04 | Revision Rhinoplasty Albany, Latham, Saratoga NYBefore & After Pictures

This patient is a 35 year old male from Johnstown, New York. This is a gentleman who had a septal perforation with nasal obstruction and some loss of support of the middle aspect of his nose. As you can see from his side view he has a deformity that we would call a low bridge or saddle nose type deformity. Because of the lack of cartilage in his nose as a result of his previous traumatic injury, this required rebuilding the nose with ear cartilage. After meeting with Dr. Edwin Williams, in his Latham, New York clinic he underwent a Revision Rhinoplasty. As you can see from the front views, the side views and the angled views, he has a strong male nose and a much more natural, aesthetically pleasing profile. This can also be seen on his frontal view as you can see the area between his eyes appear somewhat low and washed out from the loss of support in that area.
