42 Year old female with extensive loose skin and excess fat following a gastric bypass. Patient lost over 130 lbs. 3 months following a lower body lift that includes a full Abdominoplasty with liposuction, a thigh lift and buttock lift.

32 year old female who came in requesting buttock augmentation. The patients main issue however was excess fullness and fat along the lower back and flanks. The patient had weekend liposuction to the waist and flanks through 2 small stab incisions, one in the mid-back, and in the lower back. The liposuction alone contoured the waist and enhanced the stage of the buttocks.

This patient presented with significant widening of her abdominal muscles (also known as Diastasis). This was due to a large pregnancy where she gained over 70 lbs. This muscle widening gave her tummy a very protuberant appearance. She underwent a full abdominoplasty with a double layer reconstruction of her abdmonial wall muscles. She also had liposuction of her abdomen, back and flanks. Results are at 3 months post-op.

28 year old female who lost over 100 lbs. following a laparoscopic gastric bypass. The patient underwent a lower body lift which consists of an abdominoplasty, anterior and lateral thigh lift and a buttock lift. The scar is circumferential but well hidden with the patients’ underwear.

This is a 67 year old female who presents with a large ventral hernia as well as an entero-cutaneous fistula causing severe skin irritations and infections (a fistula is a communication between the bowel and the skin.) The patient had multiple previous operations for diverticulitis and as a result developed the current large recurrent ventral hernia. Results at 3 months after the patient had a complete reconstruction of her abdominal wall with component separation (a procedure where the abdominal muscles are advanced to repair a hernia and reconstruct the abdominal wall). She also had the repair reinforced with an acellular dermal matrix mesh which is a biological mesh made from pig skin. Notice how the skin affected by the fistula has been removed and the patients core has been reestablished.

This is a 71 year old female FROM Wynantskill, NY with a complex recurrent hernia. She had multiple previous abdominal surgeries and hernia repairs in the past. We performed a complex abdominal hernia repair with muscle advancement flaps and removal of extensive excess skin. We also used biological mesh to reinforce the repair of the abdomen. The patient had a lot of pain and discomfort from her hernia. This has improved significantly following the reconstruction.
