This patient is 4 weeks out from her extended deep plane facelift. She had a deep neck lift, submental liposuction, bilateral upper and lower sliver blepharoplasty, as well as fat grafting. She told us she spent over 2 years doing research on facial plastic surgeons, and we are so grateful she trusted us.

This patient was mostly bothered by her heavy neck. She felt like she has aged considerably over the past few years and came to see me with one of her girlfriends who was also contemplating Facial Rejuvenation surgery. In her consultation with Dr. Williams, she said that she felt heaviness in her neck with a lot of extra tissue and described it as a “turkey neck.” We performed Liposuction, an Extended Deep Plane Facelift, and Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty. You can see from in upper eyes, she looks much more refreshed, but we did not change the shape of her eyes at all. Her smile lines and folds look better and much softer. We also lifted her skin in her mid-face through the Deep Plane approach and corrected her neck and jawline as well. He think she looks very natural and is very happy for her because we achieved exactly what she was looking for.

This patient decided to pursue an extended deep plane face and neck lift in conjunction with blepharoplasty and CO2 laser resurfacing. She said for the past several years, she not only looked aged, but she also didn't want to look into the mirror any longer. She was having a problem deciding to have something done because she felt guilty of taking care of herself or treating herself but finally decided to and received the support of her husband. Her sister-in-law had a deep plane facelift with Dr. Williams and this patient decided it was finally her time. She was very bothered by her neck as well as the wrinkling, jowling, and sagging around her mouth. She felt like she looked sad all the time. Here she is 2 months out from facelift surgery and laser resurfacing. There is considerable improvement in the wrinkling in her face and she feels she looks 20 years younger. She is thrilled because she looks so natural and she is now taking really good care of her skin.

This patient found us through a referral from her hairdresser. She was looking for eyelid rejuvenation, specifically in her lower lids, but decided addressing both upper and lower eyelids was best.
