This young lady has always been very self-conscious of her nose. She states the reason that she decided to pursue rhinoplasty is because she is happy with every other part of her body and aspect of her life but has always seen her photographs and didn't like the appearance of her nose. She has now in college studying to be an accountant and decided that she wanted to make rhinoplasty a priority. She told a lot of her friends that she was having her nose done. After lateral research and the desire to have a closed approach she saw Dr. Williams in consultation whereby computerized imaging was performed to attempt to show her a potential desired outcome. She is now seen here 3 weeks and feels her nose looks perfect and exactly what we talked about. She told Dr. Williams on today's visit she feels her nose is actually not overdone but dainty and she feels much more feminine.
