This patient underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty and nasal reconstruction of her deviated nasal septum. In the photos shown, she is three months post-op from surgery. She played basketball in high school and was struck a couple of times to hear nose. This led her to have breathing issues. Since having her surgery, she could not be happier with her cosmetic results and improvement in her breathing.
