This patient is a delightful college junior is studying biology. She had rhinoplasty approximately 3 years ago because she could not breathe out of her nose and she did not like the fact that her nose was crooked and she had somewhat of a bulbous tip. Another goal for this patient was she wanted to be able to breathe out of both nostrils when she had particular difficulty out of the left side.
