Their first consultation was done virtually and once she arrived at the office they discussed the plan to improve her facial structure. This delightful patient has been doing research for several years finally became motivated to consider a facelift. When we asked her in consultation what bothers her most it was the vertical lines on her neck which someone described as chicken skin as well as the jowls, it really finally pushed her over the edge. When I saw this patient in consultation we attempted to show her what could be accomplished with a extended deep plane facelift. This is exactly what she wanted and we also performed liposuction, with lifting in the plane of the midface neck. She is absolutely thrilled with the result and wanted to share this with others. This patient at the age of 30 decide to have blepharoplasty. She had Graves' disease which made her eyes look much older and when she was treated she was still left with the bags on her lower eyes and upper eyes. Using the transconjunctival conjunctival approach to the lower lid we addressed the bags in the upper eyelid skin. She really wanted to share her story and photos so that it might help someone else who was struggling to make a decision for having blepharoplasty.

This patient is in the music career as a teacher and had been considering a deep plane facelift for over five years. During Zoom meetings, she began noticing changes to her jawline and mid-face and wanted a more permanent solution, rather than opting for non-surgical options. She felt it was the right time in her life to do something for herself, especially before retiring in two years and resuming her passion for signing.
