This delightful patient saw me about a year ago and for a facelift but it took her a little time to get encourage. She never did like her nose and she knew she had a little bit of a chin she recalls our conversation about balance and the size of her nose. She also has some extra skin in her upper eyes. In consultation we discussed a deep plane facelift, rhinoplasty and a conservative chin augmentation to bring everything imbalance. Her results really enhance the balance and this patient told me she feels pretty again. We are grateful she trusted us face and feels she looks extremely natural.

This young lady has always been very self-conscious of her nose. She states the reason that she decided to pursue rhinoplasty is because she is happy with every other part of her body and aspect of her life but has always seen her photographs and didn't like the appearance of her nose. She has now in college studying to be an accountant and decided that she wanted to make rhinoplasty a priority. She told a lot of her friends that she was having her nose done. This sweet energetic patient is 4 months out from a revision rhinoplasty. She had her nose done in 2011 and is not happy with the appearance nor is she having a defect that she could not breathe any longer.
