This is a patient who had always been bothered by her nose. She felt that her nose was big and did not really fit the proportion of her face. She has been self conscious for many, many years, and decided to seek an opinion. She wanted a closed, scarless, endonasal approach so she visited Dr. Williams and had a consultation as he is a specialist in this area. During the consultation, imaging was used to help the patient get an approximation of what she could expect. She was very pleased at her one month visit to see that her nose fits her face perfectly even though she knew it was a bit swollen. Now, she is a few months out and feels so much more confident and states what she likes most is that her nose looks extremely natural and no one would know that she had a rhinoplasty as that was her primary goal to have her nose blend in with her face. 

This delightful patient was most bothered by the turkey neck which you can really see in the front as well as the saggyness around her mouth and the deep wrinkling around her mouth as well. She's always had a round face but she feels that she's aged very significantly in the past few years. She wanted to have the turkey neck addressed but did not want to be over pulled or over tightened. It was important to her that she looked very natural. The wrinkling around her mouth is really bothered her and she never had plastic surgery for fear of looking unnatural. After doing extensive research she found Dr. Williams and wanted to know his opinion. He recommended the Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift with Buccal Fat removal, and extended CO2 laser in the area around her mouth. He informed her that that area would stay somewhat red for a couple of months but it was the most effective way to treat the deep wrinkling in the area around her mouth. She underwent the deep plane face and neck lift, liposuction, and buccal fat pad removal as well as the extended CO2 laser. She's happy with her neck and jaw line and is happy that the lines around her mouth are gone.

This patient was very bothered by her nose, specifically her side profile. She said she would often change the angle of her face in photos to hide her side profile. She did a lot of research and went to a few different consultations, but she said she felt most comfortable with Dr. Williams and everyone here at The Williams Center. She specifically was looking for someone who specialized in the closed endonasal, or scarless, rhinoplasty. which is how she found Dr. Williams.

This is a woman who was very bothered by her under eyes and hearing comments that she constantly looked tired all the time. She chose to come to The Williams Center after doing extensive research on finding a plastic surgeon who specialized in facial plastic surgery.

This is a young woman who is a Regional Director in a high sales position for a National beverage Company who finally decided during COVID to do something about her nose. She’s always been very self-conscious not only of the size and the bump, but also the fact that the nose somewhat protruded and drooped downward. She underwent an endoscopic endonasal rhinoplasty by Dr. Williams. He reduced her projection, reduced her profile and gave degree of rotation all through the closed approach. Her number one concern is that she was tired of seeing herself in photographs being very self-conscious about this part of her facial feature. Here, she’s showing her post op photographs with a much more refined nose that fits her face and is less projected and looks very natural. She did not want to turn up a pinched nose, wanted something to just fit her face and now she feels confident she can be on zoom calls and face to face without people looking at her nose.

This is a patient who has always been somewhat self-conscious of her nose and her lips. She initially saw Dr. Williams in consultation and really her biggest concern was that her nose looked over projected and droopy. She also felt that her thin upper lip took away from the area around her mouth and she felt that her top lip was asymmetric. She was interested in having a rhinoplasty but also very interested in having some liposuction in her neck as well as the lip lift procedure. She had a lip lift procedure using the bullhorn approach by Dr. Williams where the incision is placed just below the nose and upper nostril area. After this was performed, she demonstrated a more full lip that looks very natural and no longer needs fillers in that area. Many patients we see are now requesting the bullhorn procedure. Many patients have what we at the Williams Center refer to as Feather Fatigue or having had injectable performed for many years but they are now looking for a more permanent option.

This is a patient who was starting to become very bothered by the excess skin on her neck and the heaviness that she noticed on the bottom part of her face. She was also bothered by the fact that she was looking more and more tired. She was looking for an opinion from Dr. Williams and he discussed with her that an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty as well as a deep plane lower face and neck lift would address all of her concerns. The deep plane neck lift helps with smile lines, the jaw line, and neck all that the same time by making the patient not look pulled or overdone. She was very concerned about the jowls mostly so she underwent the procedure along with an upper lip lift. She has always had thin lips and this was another suggestion made by Dr. Williams to address her lips. Here, at her three month visit, she was thrilled because she did not look pulled, tight, or overdone. She felt that she now represented a version of herself that was much prettier while still being completely natural.

This patient in her 20s was seeking a more defined and contoured facial appearance. She felt her naturally fuller cheeks didn’t reflect the look she wanted to achieve a slimmer, more sculpted lower face.
