This is a delightful young lady who finally decided to have a Rhinoplasty. Her sister was getting married and she was always very self-conscious of her nose. She knows how important it is to do extensive research, and go to a specialist, so she did extensive research and saw me in consultation. I was honored, she trusted me with her nose, and she ended up seeing me because she knew we did computerized imaging and I used the Closed Endonasal Approach. She also had difficulty breathing and this was important to get that fixed that same time. She came back for her two months visit and said she couldn't be happier with her nose and thank me two or three times while I was in the room, which naturally made my day. She told me she recently was in her sister's wedding and was thrilled when the photographs came back because she no longer is looking at her nose and had a whole new level of confidence without the feeling self-conscious like she has done in the past for many years.

This young woman saw Dr. Williams in consultation for a Rhinoplasty. She has been bothered by the appearance of her nose and has felt self-conscious of it throughout her teenage years and now as a young adult. She describes her nose as large and feels you can see too much of her nostrils on her front view and side view. It is also a little crooked and the middle part of her nose is wide and it takes away from her feminine features. In doing her research, she decided she wanted to find a Rhinoplasty surgeon who specializes in closed endonasal scar less approach and that lead her to a consultation with Dr. Williams. During the consultation, she described what bothered her and he felt that her nose was also slightly over projected with a somewhat drooping tip and more obvious appearance of her nostrils. She underwent a conservative rhinoplasty that resulted in her nose having less of a bump. Her nose is now straight and looks natural, which was extremely important to her. Dr. Williams was honored that she trusted him with her nose and he was thrilled to see her in the postoperative period so much more confident in the appearance of her nose.

This gentleman is a 4th grade teacher in one of the outlining school districts. Over the years, he has had a few people make comments and about 3-4 years ago a first grade mentioned to him having a witch nose. It has always bothered him. As a result of Covid, he has spent more time on Zoom teaching and saw his nose and that is when he decided he wanted something done. When Dr. Williams asked him how long he had been thinking about it, he said many years and he actually carried his name around in his pocket for years before he had the courage to have a rhinoplasty. He did a video for Dr. Williams in the early postoperative period as he was so excited to see his nose. He is thrilled with the result that Dr. Williams and his surgical team have given him. He feels it looks very natural and he no longer has to think about his nose. His wife was very supportive and in fact, she told him she didn’t feel like he needed to do anything but he decided to do the procedure for himself. After extensive research he was led to see Dr. Williams for a rhinoplasty and he feels grateful and honored he chose him to help him with his nose and self-confidence.

This is a patient who has always been somewhat self-conscious of her chin. After consulting with Dr. Williams, she decided to pursue Rhinoplasty but wanted her nose to look very natural. She also wanted her face more balanced and the weakness in her chin addressed. She was concerned because she wanted to look natural and did not want to have a chin that looked large or out of balance with the rest of her facial features. She underwent a conservative chin augmentation in conjunction with Rhinoplasty to balance her facial features, as shown in the photograph. She is so happy that she chose to do a Chin Augmentation in conjunction with a Rhinoplasty and feels so much more confident about her appearance. She did the surgery for no one other than herself and is glad that she made that decision.

This young man had always been self-conscious of his nose. He is now a junior at Boston College in Finance, having finally picked a major. He is also an athlete who is swimming in college who took the down time during Covid to finally have his Rhinoplasty. He did extensive research and wanted the closed or scar less technique. He saw Dr. Williams who performed his surgery. He had what many would describe as an over projected nose with dorsal convexity and an anterior sloping upper lip which made his nose look considerably large for his facial features. He is thrilled with his result and wishes that he had done it sooner. He is now back at Boston College to start the new semester.

This patient has taken the nonsurgical approach to facial rejuvenation for quite some time. She has known Dr. Williams for many years and trusts his expertise. She saw him in consultation just prior to Covid when she decided traveling internationally was not going to be a viable option. Her neck and jaw line have really bothered her over the past few years as well as deep wrinkling around the mouth and on her cheeks. She has aging in that area consisting of wrinkling and furrows that have developed along the side of her mouth and along her cheeks. She underwent a lower face and neck lift as well as TCA chemical peel . The chemical peel is a procedure that helps with wrinkling and uneven pigmentation with a recovery of approximately ten days to two weeks. She was willing to share her photographs so that others may benefit.

This is a gentleman who reached a certain point in life where he wanted to transform his mind and body. He started about six years ago losing weight and said that the most important ting was to keep a food diary and he started exercising everyday. One day, he looked in the mirror and said that he didn't recognize who he was and felt that he looked very sad. His face didn't match his body at all. He said that the reason why he came to Dr. Williams is not only did he do his research, but Dr. Williams had done a lot of work on his ex-wife and he was extremely pleased with her results. He felt that she looked very natural and not pulled. He underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift by Dr. Williams as well as an eyelid tuck or Blepharoplasty, just before the quarantine. He says that he couldn't be happier with the way he looks and thinks that he looks 15 years younger. He says that he thanks Dr. Williams everyday when he looks in the mirror and wanted to share his experience with other people who might be thinking about having something done.

This patient saw Dr. Williams and she was not liking the aging that was developing in the lower part of her face. She's always been somewhat self-conscious of her chin and wanted to get his opinion. She felt like she no longer had a jawline and was bothered by the gelling that was developing as well as the settling had occurred in her mid-face. She underwent a chin augmentation with some conservative liposuction and a minimal access deep plane lift of the lower face, mid face and neck by Dr. Williams. As you can see it was very effective in the mid face, area around her mouth, jawline and her neck. She did not want to look pulled or tight and was very concerned that she would have a natural outcome. This patient also wanted a tummy tuck. So at the Williams center, we coordinated Dr. Williams and Dr. Polynice’s schedule to accommodate her so she can have a tummy tuck at the same time by Dr. Polynice’s who is our specialist and also have her deep plane facelift by Dr. Williams.

This patient was concerned that perhaps she was too old to have a Facelift. What bothered her the most was the heaviness in her neck and jawline and the turkey gobble, as you can see on her profile view. The Extended Deep Plane Lift restored her mid-face as well as her neck and jawline. She states that previously before her surgery, she would wear a turtleneck much of the time as it would camouflage her neck area. Since having her procedure, she is very happy to show off her new neck by wearing lower-cut blouses. Dr. Williams is grateful this patient let him perform her surgery, and he is very happy with how her results came out.

Like many patients turning 50, this patient was starting to see her age and it showed itself in the areas below her eyes, which we refer to as the mid-face area, as well as the neck and jawline region. She traveled from Saint Thomas to have the surgery performed. She underwent an Extended Deep Plane Facelift procedure. We lifted the cheek and mid-face area, as you can see in her front view, her lower eyes, neck, and jawline look much better after having this surgery. She has always felt very attractive but started to feel like this was becoming lost as she approached the big 50. Dr. Williams is privileged that she has chosen him to perform her surgery.
