This patient decided to see Dr. Edwin Williams in consultation at this Latham, New York office to discuss the appearance of her lower eyelids.  During her examination, he pointed out a few things in the area of her mid-face and lower eyes.  She has puffiness and a tired look as a result of volume loss at the orbital rim and upper face, but also had shadowing that comes down obliquely that radiates to the medial canthus to the mid part of the cheek.  Dr. Williams performed the scarless apporach to the lower eyelids to take out some of the fatty tissue but also sculpted the mid-face and orbital rim area with her own fat with a procedure called Fat Grafting.  Check out Dr. Williams famous YouTube videos of this patient shown many months after her surgery and how she has a more youthful triangle face without the tired drawn out look that she use to have.  Recent articles are saying the fifties of today are like the thirties of yesterday. This is a 59 year old female from Greenfield Center, NY. This patient has had many non-surgical treatments done but decided it was time to have a surgical procedure. This patient is a 35 year old male from Johnstown, New York. This is a gentleman who had a septal perforation with nasal obstruction and some loss of support of the middle aspect of his nose. As you can see from his side view he has a deformity that we would call a low bridge or saddle nose type deformity. Because of the lack of cartilage in his nose as a result of his previous traumatic injury, this required rebuilding the nose with ear cartilage. As an athlete, this 18-year-old woman from Voorheesville, NY, talked with her parents and decided to wait until she was through with sports to pursue nose surgery, despite her wanting a cosmetic change since she was in fourth grade. This is a 64 year old female from Loudonville, New York. This is a patient who was tired of the sad look of her lower face and her neck. She did extensive research and ended up seeking a consultation with Dr. Edwin Williams, the Facelift Specialist and met with him in his Latham, New York clinic. This patient presented with long-standing complaints of not being able to breathe from her nose as well as dissatisfaction with the nasal appearance. Following nasal reconstruction and Rhinoplasty, her nose appears more in harmony with her face and her nasal breathing is restored. This goal was accomplished by repairing her deviated nasal septum and rebuilding the nose in a straight, more mid-lined position, using cartilage that was obtained from her deviated nasal septum and referred to as “spreadergrafts”to help stabilize the nose. Her nose is straighter with correction of the sidewall collapse and the breathing problem that occurred on her left side is corrected.

This is a 51 year old male from Gansevoort, New York. He is a middle-aged professional who did not want to listen to people telling him he always looked tired.
