Patient has a deviation of the lower 1/3 of her nose and a well defined nasal tip. This patient also has a deviated nasal septum. A Rhinoplasty was performed and the deviated nasal septum was repaired at the same time. The lower 1/3 of the nose is more mid-lined with an improved nasal tip definition after rebuilding the nose straight using cartilage from the patient’s deviated nasal septum. This is a 32 year old women from Perry, NY close to our Albany, NY location. This patient came to our practice who had breathing problems and was interested in Rhinoplasty. She has always been very self-conscious of her profile and the appearance of her nose. This women underwent Rhinoplasty. As you can see, i would describe her nose on profile view as over-projected with a ptotic and very short protruding nose. The nose was lifted slightly and the profile was aligned to make it more aesthetically pleasing. There is also very significant improvement on her frontal view and her angle view making her nose look much less harsh or less severe. This patient had this accomplishment by having the deviated septum repaired as well as the internal nasal valves and now has very good breathing out of both sides of her nose.

This is a 24 year old young woman from Syracuse, NY close to our Albany, NY location. This patient sustained a significant amount of trauma due to her career as a gymnast. This left her with a fairly significant loss in her profile which is more commonly referred to as a saddle nose deformity. This young women underwent a reconstructive rhinoplasty with conchal cartilage grafting(ear cartilage) since she did not have a sufficient amount of cartilage from her septum to rebuild of her nose. Her septum was severely deviated and this was also fixed to allow her a better breathing result. The front and oblique view are shown with pre and post operative result.

This is a 58 year old female who traveled to our Albany, NY location from Durham, NC. Dr. Williams preformed a revision rhinoplasty on this woman after having had rhinoplasty 18 years ago by another physician. She was unhappy with the appearance of her nose. It was weak and poorly defined. Dr. Williams performed rib and ear cartilage grafting to rebuild and reshape her nose. She is now extremely happy with her result. The revision cosmetic rhinoplasty gave this patient a strong, straight well defined profile. Notice the tip position that this patient has and the nostril is also less notched. The base of the nose width and height are now more symmetric and the nostrils are not as wide. The tip is sharper and more projected. This is a close up view of the patient's eye lids. Notice how much brighter looking she is in the after picture. Dr. Ediwn Williams removed acess skin and the tightened the muscles. You can now see more of the color of her eyes and her upper eyelids are not so close to her pupil.

This patient is a 57 year old female from Saratoga Springs, New York. This patient came to see Dr. Williams because, although she loves her mother, she was beginning to look like the aged version of her. She is very active and wanted to look as young on the outside as she feels on the inside. This is a young woman who has very nice facial features but she has always been very self-conscious about her nose. She was looking for refinement to make her problem breathing out of the left side of her nose with blockage and a deviated nasal septum. On her profile view she had a slight dorsal convexity (bump) that was somewhat more masculine against her delicate facial features. This is a patient who saw Dr. Williams, The Face Specialist, at his Latham, New York clinic in consultation not only for her eyes but her face.  Her main concern with her eyes was she felt she was beginning to look aged.  She was undergoing surgery for a Chemical Peel (35% Trichloracetic Acid Peel) and a Lower Facelift to address her jaw line and wrinkling, but that wouldn't help her eyes. Her primary concern for her eye area was the heaviness of her upper eyelids along with the volume loss and puffiness of her lower lids.  She underwent a scarless approach, commonly known as a Transconjunctival Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty in conjunction with a Sliver Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty and Fat grafting to sculpt the mid-face.  Here she is shown at 1 year with a natural result and is thrilled with the outcome.  She was willing to share her before and after photographs.

This is a 30-year-old young woman from Cairo, New York. This patient has always been bothered by the appearance of her nose. She states that she has a weak chin as well and knew that did not help. She pointed out the subtle bump on her nose, the drooping that she had in the area of her tip, and a hanging columella, as well as her weak chin. She also had a little fullness under the neck and underwent the “scarless” endonasal Rhinoplasty approach by Dr. Williams as well as a conservative Facial Liposuction and Chin Augmentation. If one observes the oblique and profile views, the subtlety of this can be seen and the results are extremely natural. This patient was very pleased since her primary concern was to leave her looking natural and not “overdone”. She is glad she also decided to have the chin augmentation which gave her a more balanced overall result.

She is located in northern Vermont and really wanted to stay closer to home if possible.
