This patient is a 61 year old female from Wyantskill, New York. It was important to her to meet with a Facelift Specialist, after doing extensive research, she scheduled a consultation with Dr. Edwin Williams in his Latham, New York clinic to discuss her options. After meeting with Dr. Williams she decided to proceed with a Facelift. You can see her cheeks were moved up which helped the appearance of her lower eyelids, the nasolabial folds were softened and her jawline became more defined and the excess tissue on her neck is not seen anymore. Natural looking plastic surgery is all about balance. A Chin Implant was inserted along with Facial Liposuction to remove fat under the chin. This patient also had an Upper Lid Blepharoplasty to remove excess skin along with a Lower Lid Blepharoplasty. Fat transfers were performed under her eyelids and also on the mid-face for an extremely natural looking result. This patient feels that she looks 15 years younger and is happy that she accomplished her goals of not looking pulled and or tight.

Her main goal was to look natural, not pulled and or tight. After her consult she decided to move forward with the Extended Weekend Lift, Fat Transfer, Lower Lid Blepharopolasty and a Chemical Peel. A lifting surgical procedure which is known as the Extended Weekend lift, is performed to improve the jawline and the neck. Lipo transfers commonly referred to as Fat Transfers help to replace volume in the face including under the eyes, mid-face around the mouth and jaw area. A Chemical Peel will improve skin color, texture and tone. Lower Blepharoplasty eyelid surgery will help to reduce the puffiness under the eyes. This patient is a 28 year old male from Troy, New York. This is a young man who had a Rhinoplasty perfomed by another surgeon in the Albany, New York area and was not happy with his results. He was not only left with an extremely crooked nose but also the inability to breath. He had a second surgery by the same surgeon and was left feeling very discouraged. This patient is a 45 year old female from Cohoes, New York.   This is a very delightful middle age women of Hispanic descent who has been very bothered by her nose.  She wanted the closed approach to Rhinoplasty so she could avoid the incision at the base of her nose and the prolonged swelling.  After extensive research, she found Rhinoplasty Specialist, Dr. Williams located in Latham, New York, who performed a Rhinoplasty, not only taking her hump down but fixed her drooping tip by using a shield graft strusts and very small rim graft.  The tip has been rebalanced and she is thrilled with her new profile.  She even feels her front view looks more improved and a lot less bulbus.  This patient was willing to show the results of her Closed Endonasal Rhinoplasty.  

This is a 21 year old female from Loudonville, NY. This is a delightful young woman who had injured her nose in the past. She was not necessarily interested in big cosmetic changes but did have a nose that truly looked like it had been broken in the past as it had been. On the front views you can see she has somewhat of a bulbous tip and a loss of height with a small saddle-nose deformity as well as a bump on profile. After Rhinoplasty her nose was brought in better alignment with somewhat less droopy tip, a more feminine profile and a slight refinement of the tip. Here she is at one year and she can now breathe as well as being very pleased with the overall cosmetic outcome.

This is a 60 year old female from Malta, New York who was researching for a surgeon who specializes in Facial Plasitc Surgery. She discovered Dr. Edwin Williams at the Williams Plastic Surgery Specialists located in Latham, New York. She met with Dr. Williams in consultation and expressed that she wanted natural looking results. She underwent a Weekend Facelift, Upper and Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty and Fat Transfers to the lower eye area. This 37-year-old female from Stillwater, New York. This patient was involved in a motor vehicle accident and sustained trauma to her nose. Her nose had been broken and she had a Rhinoplasty previously by another surgeon. She was still having difficulty breathing and after extensive research found Dr. Williams, an International Rhinoplasty Specialist and met with him in his Latham, New York office to preform a Revision Rhinoplasty. Her goal was to improve not only her breathing, but to fix her previously broken nose, in hopes for it to look less crooked.

This is a 25 year old female from West Sand Lake, NY near Albany, NY. This young female who had some difficulty breathing through her nose but was also bothered by the appearance. She felt that she had a droopy tip and a large hump which did not look attractive or feminine; especially when she was viewed by her profile or angled view. After doing her research, she found Dr. Edwin Williams, the Rhinoplasty Specialist, and saw him in his Latham, New Yok clinic. She decided to proceed with the Rhinoplasty procedure and is shown in this photo at just seven weeks after surgery. The patient knows that she will see more improvement over time and that the tip will become much more refined once all of the remaining swelling subsides. This patient had the Closed Nasal Approach Rhinoplasty, which is often referred to the scarless approach. She chose Dr. Williams for her expertise in rhinoplasty but also for her reputation for achieving rhinoplasty using the closed endonasal approach, which takes considerably less time to heal.

This patient had a very heavy forehead or brow which causes him difficulties in seeing. The forehead or brow actually weighed down his upper eyelids. This would cause interference in his vision. The surgery of choice was not only an upper eyelid Blepharoplasty but an Endoscopic Browlift was performed. The Endoscopic Browlift was performed first and then excess tissue from the upper lids was removed on the same day of the surgical procedure. It not only gave a more youthful look, but also improved his visual field. Notice how the heaviness of the lids have been taken away giving him a more youthful appearance.

This patient wanted to improve the tired look she had caused by a combination of loose skin and the loss of volume (fat) in her lower eyelid and midface area. She decided to have a plastic surgery procedure called a lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). This patient also has festoons. They are seen in the 2nd area of pouching, triangular in shape, that usually lie around your cheek bone. "I only wish I had done this years ago. My confidence and self esteem have zoomed since the surgery and I feel years younger. Dr. Williams and his staff are professional, personable and competent." Three cosmetic procedures were performed to achieve these results. Each patient is evaluated and procedures are discussed for the optimal outcome. A small incision was made along the bottom eyelid and a small amount of skin was removed, the festoons were lifted and fat transfers were placed under her eyes. This patient is extremely happy with her results. Festoons are very difficult to fully correct. Our goal is to achieve a more rested look.

This patient had a full face CO2 Laser treatment because of the deep lines and wrinkling. As you can see the skin has been tightened and has a smooth finished appearance Notice the deep crevices in the perioral area (mouth area) and the nasalabial folds (brackets on side of nose to along side of mouth). After having treatment with the CO2 Laser, you can see the improvement. Note the deep lines and how they have greatly diminished.
