This patient underwent a facelift, browlift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and a chemical peel on her lower eyelids. Overall she conveys a much more youthful appearance. In regard to the browlift her brows are now elevated back up over the bony orbital rims giving a refreshed appearance.

Dark circles under the eyes, flattening of the cheeks, and wrinkles around the mouth are all results of the aging process. Volume loss or fat loss can be restored with fat injections (fat transfers). This patient was unhappy with her marionette lines and how the corners of her mouth turned down. With using two vials of Radiesse, we were able to soften the lines, bring the corners of her mouth up and give her a more rested look.

Hollowing under your eyes is often seen caused from your genetic make-up, too much fat being removed after a blepharoplasty or just from the normal aging process. A Restylane treatment removed that hollow appearance. This non-surgical cosmetic treatment of Restylane along with a Botox treatment in her brow makes her look younger instantly.

A Browlift/Midface lift was performed along with a Fat Transfer (Fat Contouring) under the eyes, around the mouth, along the jawline and in the cheeks. This patient not only had laxity in her skin, which required a surgical lifting procedure, but also had a loss of volume (fat). After lifting the underlying tissue from the brow, sometimes it's necessary to remove a small amount of tissue from the upper eyelid. The cheek or fat pad was repositioned through a hidden incision in the hairline(this accomplished the Midface Lift). The Midface Lift along with volume replacement smoothed out deep lines around her mouth and nasal area and created a more defined jawline. Combination of different procedures are often performed to achieve the look the patient wants. Small amounts of fat were removed through a tiny incision in the vicinity of the belly button and put into the deep muscle under the eye and through the cheek area. A lower eyelid cosmetic surgical procedure to remove some building fat was done at the same time. “The procedure was easy and absolutely painless. Everyone there was pleasant to work with. This patient came to Dr. Williams with complaints of premature wrinkling. To improve wrinkling such as these one must address tightening of the skin and replacement of volume. A Carbon Dioxide Laser treatment and Fat Transfers to the face accomplished these results.
