Eye view This woman is in her mid forties and wanted more volume in her lower eyelid and midface area. You can see a less tired appearance in her lower eyelids and restored volume in her midface. 2 vials of 1.3cc Radiesse were used.

After receiving Restylane in her folds, this patient saw a marked improvement in her lines. Because her lines were quite deep 2cc of Restylane were used for her treatment.

Part of the aging process is loss of volume or fat. It is important to replace that loss to achieve a rested look. Fat transfers can basically last for years; unfortunately, we continue to lose fat as we age. Looking at this patient’s results you can see the deep indented area under her eyes is filled in, softer appearing and her cheeks have more definition. She also had a upper and lower lid blepharoplasty.

This is a 55 year old female from Fultonham, New York. This is a 60 year old female from Albany, New York.   After research this patient came to meet with Dr. Edwin Williams, The Face Specialist, in his Latham, New York practice.  Her main concern was that she felt she looked older than her stated age.  This patient had Brow and Mid-Facelift that shows improvement around the eyes, lifting the hooding or heaviness on the upper brow; giving definition to the cheeks and lastly, improves the jawline.  As a result you can see a brighter appearance around the eyes, cheeks and the shape of the jawline  and softening of lines. This procedure is performed with small hidden incisions within the hair line. This patient also had Upper and Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty and Fat Grafting to the mid-face.  

This patient had upper and lower eyelid surgery and fat transfers to her midface. Notice the lower lid smoothness and defined cheek structure. "I feel wonderful after that surgery and I feel much much younger!"

This patient had an Extended Weekend Lift along with Lipo transfer or Lipo sculpting (fat transfer) to her lower eyelids, midface and around her moth and jaw line. A small incision is made in the area of the belly button and a small amount of fat is removed. The fat is then artistically placed deep into the muscle to restore the volume lost during the aging process.

We have to assume that this 12 year old wore his hair long to cover his ears that were protruding. Once he had the otoplasty he obviously felt more comfortable with shorter hair.

Frontal full face This patient wanted to improve the hollow appearance under her eyes. Two vials of Radiesse were used to volumize the midface area. Volume replacement helps to make you look younger. This after picture was taken 3 days after the procedure. If you look closely to the area under her eyes on the upper cheekbone, you can really see the difference and how the hollowness has gone from under her eyes. It is also important to realize that bruising and swelling can occur with most cosmetic procedures. This is a young woman in her early twenties. She wanted a lip enhancement cosmetic treatment to create fuller, plumper lips. 7/10 of a cc was used to acquire this effect.
