This patient had a remarkable result following a brow/midface lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and a facelift. On this view you can especially appreciate the elevation of her brows making her eyes look alert and youthful. Additionally you can appreciate the elevation of the cheeks and definition of the jawline. -The browlift has elevated the brows back into the younthful position over the brow bones. -The upper and lower blepharoplasty removed the excess skin and fat of the lids giving her a rested yet alert appearance. -The facelift created a slender and tightened neck contour

This man demonstrates very deep nasolabial creases and marionette lines. He was treated with Radiance injections. The post-treatment views show a pronounced softening of the lines giving the lower half of his face a natural, younger appearance.

As you can see, this patient had what we refer to as a heavy brow. Creases in her forehead were most probably formed from her subconsciously holding her brow up. In the post op view you can see that heaviness has been lifted. Her eyes are more visual. The Midface lift gives her a more pronounced jaw line. She is pleased with the cosmetic surgery results. An upper lid Blepharoplasty was performed at the same time as the Browlift that gives her more of an upper eyelid show. Now you can actually see her eye shadow! After her recovery, she decided to have a filler of Juvederm in her lips for a plumper smoother appearance. The improvement along her cheek, lines around the corner of her mouth and a more defined jaw line are seen from this angled view as a result of the Midface lift. Dr. Williams performs the Brow / Midface lift as one surgery. No additional incision lines are made and he teaches this unique procedure to surgeons across the country.

This is a full face view of the previous patient who received Radiance and Restylane. Dr. Williams often uses a combination of both fillers to achieve the rested younger look.

After lifting the heaviness of the brow, with the browlift a Blepharoplasty on the upper lids was performed to accomplish these results. Her eyebrows remain at approximately the same position, her eyes are brighter, her midface (Cheeks) have been re-positioned resulting an improved jawline. Even the lines on the side of her mouth have been softened as a result of the mid-facelift.

The patient has deep nasolabial creases (smile lines). Following Radiance, the creases are nearly erased and she has a much younger appearance.

This patient is an example of a non-surgical cosmetic makeover. BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments were performed in the glabella (area between the eye brows) and the brow. Notice in the after picture how you can see more of her upper eyelids and how much brighter she looks. Radiesse (1.6cc) was also used to fill or plump up lines around her mouth. The lines around her mouth are still present but are much softer.
