This patient was treated under her eyes (the tear trough area) with 1cc of Restylane to help get rid of the bagginess and the tired look. This patient had concerns due to the hollowness under her eyes. 1cc of Restylane was used to add volume and restore a more rested, youthful look.

Fat Tranfers (or Fat Contouring) were performed to add volume to the area under her eyes. They helped to soften the circles that made her look tired. A small incision was made in the abdomen near the belly button and a small amount of fat was removed. This precedure was performed under oral sedation with local anesthesia.

A Weekend Lift/Neck Lift and Fat transfers to the areas between her brow (glabella), lower eyelids, midface, pre jowls and around her mouth were performed. Look at how rested she looks now! The line between her brow is softened, circles under her eyes are gone, as are the lines around her mouth and she now has a more defined jaw and neck line. Cosmetic surgical lifting procedures are often augmented by volumizing with fat transfers to achieve these results.

A Browlift/Midface lift was performed along with a Fat Transfer (Fat Contouring) under the eyes, around the mouth, along the jawline and in the cheeks. This patient not only had laxity in her skin, which required a surgical lifting procedure, but also had a loss of volume (fat). Volume loss combined with laxity of the skin shows increased signs of aging. This patient smoked for a number of years and we will often see patients look 10 to 15 years older as a result of this. Fat transfers were preformed for her along with the Carbon Dioxide laser treatment to tighten the skin. The results are pretty amazing.

This patient had an Extended Weekend Lift along with Lipo transfer or Lipo sculpting (fat transfer) to her lower eyelids, midface and around her moth and jaw line. A small incision is made in the area of the belly button and a small amount of fat is removed. The fat is then artistically placed deep into the muscle to restore the volume lost during the aging process.

Our lower eye lids are usually the first area that the signs of aging are seen. We sometimes look as though we have dark circles under our eyes. This is caused by a combination of things that occur as we age. Our skin looses its elasticity or stretch and we lose the volume in our face. After an incision was made right under her eyelashes of the lower eyelid a small amount of excess skin was removed. Fat transfers were placed in tiny droplettes deep within the muscle to fill in the hollow area under her eyes and along her cheekbone.

This man is in his eary fifties and decided that he wanted to get rid of the tired look that he had under his eyes. He decided to have a cosmetic surgery procedure called a Lower Lid Blepharoplasty and Fat Contouring. A small amount of bulging fat was removed and fat obtained from the area around his belly button was artistically placed where he had hollowness. Excess skin on his lower lids was removed. This picture (on right) was taken early post operatively and shows the slight incision line on the lower lid that will fade with time.

As we age, we tend to lose fat in our face especially along the orbital rim. Dr. Williams sculptures the face by using the patients own fat to replenish that which has been lost. This patient also had a lower lid blepharoplasty performed.

Looking at this patients pre-op picture you can see heavy appearance of her brow along with excess skin on her upper eyelids. A Browlift long with an upper Blepharoplasty took away that tired look making her look younger and brighter.
